季诺（QUINO），原名霍金·萨尔瓦多·拉伐多，1932年8月生于阿根廷。在布宜诺斯艾利斯美术学校毕业后，便以绘画为职业。1964年到1973年间，季诺创作了连环漫画《玛法达》，并且取得巨大成功。除此之外，季诺先生还创作了《蒙古大夫》、《两性之间》等其他多部连环画，成为世界上首屈一指的连环画大师。目前季诺先生因为眼疾，已经基本停止创作。
